About the role
We’re looking for a structural engineer who loves bikes as much as they love finite element analysis. You’ll be responsible for the mechanical design of HyBikes frames from concept through to production sign-off.
This isn’t a role for someone who wants to tweak existing designs. We build new things. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, rapid iteration, and the kind of obsessive attention to detail that comes from caring deeply about the product you’re making.

Conduct FEA analysis and validate against physical test data

Collaborate with aerodynamics team on integrated tube profiles

Manage external testing labs and certification processes

Mentor junior engineers and review design documentation
What we need
5+ years experience in structural engineering, preferably in cycling or aerospace
Proficiency in FEA tools (ANSYS, Abaqus, or equivalent)
Experience with carbon fibre lay-up design and manufacturing constraints
Strong technical communication skills
Nice to have
Experience with titanium welding design constraints
Background as a competitive cyclist
Familiarity with UCI homologation processes
