About the role
HyBikes makes exceptional bikes. Your job is to make the world understand why that matters. We’re not looking for someone who can write product descriptions — we’re looking for someone who can articulate what it feels like to descend an Alpine pass at 80km/h on a bike you trust completely.
You’ll work across brand identity, editorial content, campaign strategy, and PR. The role is broad by design — small teams move faster, and we want someone who can own multiple things simultaneously without losing focus on what matters.
What you'll do
Define and maintain HyBikes brand voice and visual identity guidelines
Lead editorial strategy for Journal (blog), social media, and email
Manage PR relationships with cycling media and general press
Brief and oversee external creative partners (photographers, videographers)
Own campaign strategy for new product launches
What we need
5+ years in brand or communications roles, ideally in a premium consumer brand
Exceptional writing and editing skills in English (German a plus)
Experience working with creative agencies and managing external briefs
Track record of building engaged communities around a brand
Nice to have
Passion for cycling (roadie, gravel, or commuter — we don’t discriminate)
Experience in a startup or scale-up environment
Portfolio of long-form editorial content
