The Physics of Fast

Why Every Gram Matters

When we started developing the Aero One, we set an audacious goal: build the fastest production road bike ever made without compromising ride feel. The physics are unforgiving.

Aerodynamic drag accounts for over 90% of the resistance a cyclist faces at speeds above 40km/h. That's not marketing — it's fluid dynamics. Every surface, every curve, every gram of material must justify its existence.

The Wind Tunnel Numbers

We tested 47 different frame geometries over 600 hours in the tunnel. The final Aero One design reduces CdA (drag coefficient times frontal area) by 31% compared to our previous flagship. At 45km/h, that translates to saving approximately 40 watts.

To put that in context: 40 watts is the difference between a recreational pace and a professional one. It's the difference between winning and watching someone else climb the podium.

Experience the Speed

The Aero One represents everything we've learned about speed. Every curve, every gram, every detail optimized for one purpose: getting you to the finish line first.

Carbon as a Design Material

T800 high-modulus carbon isn't just strong — it's programmable. Different fibre orientations give us independent control over stiffness in the lateral, torsional, and vertical axes. The Aero One is stiffer where power transfer demands it, and compliant where road vibration would fatigue a rider over a 200km stage.
